- Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) or Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspections
- Bed Bug Heat Treatment Acceptable
- Bed Bug Service Dog Coverage Available

- Lost Key coverage – $5000
- Employees as Additional Insureds
- Employment Practices Liability (claims-made coverage)

- Tenting or fumigating
- Retail sales of chemicals from storefront
- Application of chemicals from aircraft or irrigation systems
