The North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, Structural Pest Control Section (NCDA/SPC) administers pesticide license applications. To engage in the business of commercial pest control in North Carolina, an individual must be licensed and insured.
Effective July 1, 2019, we can issue the insurance and any bonds you may need for your North Carolina license.

In 1995, North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission (NCWRC) established rules and regulations for handling nuisance wildlife by Wildlife Damage Control Agents (WDCA). WDCA’s must be re-certified every three years.
