Tennessee Pest Control Insurance

The Pest Control Board, created in 1955, is responsible for making the rules and regulations governing commercial pest control operations in Tennessee. The Tennessee Department of Agriculture, Division of Plant Industries (TDA/DPI) administers pesticide license applications.

To engage in the business of commercial pest control in Tennessee, a charter for each office and branch office must be obtained from the TDA/DPI. We can also issue the required surety bond.
